1. Obtained the examination certificates of four courses: catering management and practice, catering marketing, modern kitchen management (including practice) and food hygiene and safety, and obtained the qualification certificate of intermediate professional manager in China catering industry.
2. To apply for the qualification certificate of senior professional manager in China catering industry, the following conditions are required:
(1) Obtaining the qualification certificate of intermediate professional manager in China catering industry;
(2) Obtain the examination certificates of human resource management, financial management, information management and strategic management of catering enterprises;
(3) have more than five years working experience.
3. If you have obtained the intermediate or advanced qualification certificate for professional managers in the catering industry, you can get credits for the corresponding courses in the self-taught examination for catering management.
4. For the description of each course, please refer to the self-study examination for higher education, catering management specialty college and independent undergraduate course examination plan.
5. Except for practice, all other courses are written.
6. The textbooks used in each course are subject to the bibliography published by the Self-taught Examination Office every year.
