The relevant matters of recruitment are hereby announced as follows:
I. Scope of Recruitment
For college graduates and social on-the-job and off-the-job personnel who meet the qualifications for recruitment positions before July 3, 2023/KLOC-0.
Among them, college graduates in 2023 must obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates and other certificates required by academic qualifications before July 3, 20231; Other personnel must obtain diplomas, degree certificates and other relevant certification materials recognized by the state before registration.
Students studying abroad must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before registration.
Those who fail to obtain the relevant certificates within the specified time will not be hired, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicant himself.
Full-time students who graduated on or after August 1 2023 are not included in this recruitment.
Two. Recruitment unit, position and number of people (see annex for details)
Third, the recruitment conditions
(a) the candidate should also have the conditions:
1. China nationality, law-abiding, good conduct.
2. Be in good health, have the physical conditions to perform the duties of the recruitment position normally, and pass the physical examination.
3. Specific qualifications that meet the requirements of the recruitment position (see annex for details).
4. Entrusting and orienting fresh graduates must obtain the consent of the original entrusting and orienting unit.
5. Comply with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Chengdu Public Institutions.
(2) It is not applicable under any of the following circumstances.
1. has been subjected to various criminal punishments.
2. Being expelled from Party membership and public office.
3. There are violations of laws and regulations under review.
4. The punishment is still in the influence period, and the punishment has not been lifted.
5. Other circumstances in which laws and regulations stipulate that it is not allowed to recruit staff members of public institutions.
6. According to the Opinions of the General Offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of Credit Supervision, Warning and Punishment Mechanism for People with Breach of Trust, the people's court identified the people with breach of trust through judicial procedures.
7. In violation of other relevant regulations, it is not suitable to recruit staff of public institutions.
Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
Recruitment shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures and methods.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
This registration takes two forms: online registration and on-site registration.
Each candidate is limited to one position, and candidates who submit resumes for multiple positions should determine the positions to apply for before attending the interview, so as to participate in the interview with the determined positions.

The qualification examination results of online registration will be notified to the applicants by telephone or email within 5 working days after the registration is completed.

Applicants should register at the on-site registration point with their valid identity documents and academic qualifications (student status) (graduation certificate or student ID card, etc.). ), qualification certificate and other originals and photocopies; Qualification examination at the same time.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. If violations of rules and regulations, irregular materials and false information are found in the recruitment process, the qualification for application will be cancelled at any time.
(2) Evaluation
1. Evaluation method.
The evaluation is conducted through an interview.

2. The proportion of exams.
The ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants is not less than 1:2. If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants cannot be reached, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly; If it cannot be lowered, the recruitment position will be cancelled.
The actual number of people who participated in the interview did not reach 2 times of the recruitment quota, and the interview score of those who entered the medical examination should not be less than 70 points.
Those who do not reach 70 points are not allowed to enter the next procedure.
3. Announcement of results: After the interview, it will be announced through the website of the People's Social Security Bureau of Pujiang County People's Government.
Go to the homepage of Pujiang County People's Government Portal (www.pujiang.gov.cn) and click "Website of Government and Relevant Units-Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" to make an inquiry.
(three) to determine the personnel to be signed
According to the interview results, the candidates to be signed are determined from high score to low score.
If the interview results are the same, the personnel to be signed shall be determined according to the total score before removing the highest score and the lowest score; If it is still the same, try again, and the time and place of the exam will be notified separately.
1. If the personnel to be contracted are social employees or non-employees, they will directly enter the medical examination procedure. If the personnel to be contracted give up the vacancy caused by the medical examination for personal reasons, they will be filled from high score to low score according to the interview results.
2. If the personnel to be contracted are college graduates in 2023, they shall sign an employment intention agreement with the employer after the interview. Vacancies caused by candidates who have not signed an employment intention agreement for graduates due to personal reasons will be filled from high score to low score according to the interview results.
3. College graduates in 2023 should report to the Personnel Management Section of Pujiang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Address: Yegong South Road, Heshan Street, Pujiang County 16, Tel: 028-88550355) before July 3, 2023, and submit the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate required in the registration qualification conditions, and those who pass the physical examination should submit them. If the materials are incomplete or the relevant certificates are not obtained within the specified time, the medical examination qualification will be cancelled.
Vacancies arising from the appeal will not be filled.
Note: The employment intention agreement of graduates is only used as the basis for entering the medical examination, and is not used for final employment.
(4) Physical examination
The physical examination was conducted in the designated hospital of Pujiang County People's Social Security Bureau.
The physical examination standard is revised according to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Civil Affairs [2005]1No.), the Notice on Further Standardizing the Employment Physical Examination Items and Safeguarding the Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]12) and the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination.
All expenses arising from the medical examination shall be borne by the personnel who enter the medical examination.
Those who fail the initial medical examination may apply for re-examination within three working days after receiving the notice of the medical examination results.
The re-examination was conducted in the second-level general hospital designated by Pujiang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
The physical examination results of the applicants for re-examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.
If the applicant fails to participate in the medical examination or fails to pass the medical examination, the candidate's employment qualification will be cancelled.
(5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruiting unit and the competent department.
The inspection work shall be carried out in accordance with the Measures for the Investigation of Civil Servants' Employment (Trial) (No.Zhong Zhengfa [2021]1).
Due to personal reasons, the recruiting unit and the competent department cannot inspect or inspect unqualified job vacancies. According to the total score of the interviewers who have participated in the recruitment position, they will be replenished from high score to low score.
(6) Publicity and employment
1. Candidates who pass the physical examination and investigation are confirmed as the candidates for this recruitment, and will be publicized for 7 working days through the portal website of Pujiang County People's Government (www.pujiang.gov.cn).
Candidates who have no objection to publicity shall go through the relevant formalities after being examined and confirmed by Pujiang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
If the problems reflected during the publicity period are serious, if they are verified and do not meet the qualification conditions, the qualifications of the personnel to be employed will be cancelled.
2. Hire personnel to implement the probation system, and those who fail to pass the examination after the probation period will be dismissed.
The wages and benefits of the staff of the institutions employed by the examination shall be implemented according to the current policy.
3. From the effective date of signing the employment contract with the employing unit, employees should have worked in Pujiang County for 5 years before applying for transfer.
