1. Why doesn't the cash register take the paper? Why does it sometimes print out white paper without words?

a: (1) The printing function of the cash register may be locked. At this time, the display screen of the cash register shows that printing is off. Just press the print key to reset it.

(2) If printing is not locked, and the sound of gear slipping is heard when the paper feed key is pressed, it may be that the printer gear has slipped, and the gear needs to be replaced.

(3) If white paper is printed when changing paper, it may be that the printing paper is installed backwards (thermal printer)

(4) The ribbon is aging (stylus printer).

2. The cash box can't be opened or it is difficult to go back after it is opened?

a: (1) the cashbox can't be opened. check whether the connection between the cashbox and the cash register is properly connected.

(2) Observe whether the guide rail of the cash box is deformed or stuck.

(3) The drive instruction is incorrect, so the cashbox should be driven by the POS printer

(4) The drive cashbox port should be set the same as the printer port.

(5) It is difficult to go back after the cashbox is opened. Check whether the foam in the cashbox has been taken out. If the foam has been taken out, check whether the lock of the cashbox has fallen off or the cashbox guide rail is deformed.

3. When the four-way cash register is working on the system, any device plugged into the usb port does not respond.

A: You can just turn it on again by discharging the motherboard battery (thoroughly). If it still doesn't work, you can only go back to the factory for maintenance.

4. When the cash register is turned on again, it will beep and it won't turn on.

a: this situation is a memory problem, and the memory is loose and damaged. Reseat the installation.

5. When the cash register is turned on and powered on, there is no response and no display on the monitor.

a: if you still can't start after unplugging the memory, it may be that the power supply is broken. try another power supply.

6. After the cash register keyboard is pressed, there is no response.

a: rewrite the keyboard. if it doesn't work, the keyboard is broken.

7. The receipt printer can't print or can't print clearly.

a: check whether the data cable is plugged in and whether there is paper in the receipt machine. If everything is normal, the receipt machine is broken.

The print head is unable to print clearly on the receipt machine. Wipe the print head with paper again. If it doesn't work, the print head will be replaced.

8. There is a picture on the monitor when the cash register is turned on, but the screen is black when it is about to enter the system?

a: in this case, it's a question of display resolution. just turn on the computer and enter safe mode to reset the resolution.

9. Does the customer display screen not light up or the amount is not displayed?

a: (1) check whether the connecting cable is loose or misplaced.

(2) Whether the model and port are selected correctly in the foreground setting of the software.

(3) after setting, restart the computer.

11, cashier at the front desk, press the number keys and there is no response?

a: (1) the keyboard NumLock light is locked;

(2) The keyboard cable is not plugged in properly (purple interface of the motherboard);

(3) If the scanner gun or card reader is a keyboard port, please be sure to connect it to the keyboard port of the computer. Connecting it to other interfaces will cause the keyboard not to work normally.

11, the time is incorrect, and the computer is turned on every time in 2111 or 2111?

a: (1)CMOS battery has no electricity.

12. Can't find the hard disk when booting?

a: enter the CMOS settings to see if the hard disk can be detected. Disassemble the host to see if the hard disk wiring is installed correctly.
