Baidicheng Scenic Area is located on the north bank of the Yangtze River at the mouth of Qutang Gorge in fengjie county, with Kuimen in the east and Eight Arrays in the west. It is surrounded by water on three sides and goes hand in hand with land and water, which is 45 1 km away from Chongqing urban area. It is an important scenic spot on the tourist route of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, near Kuimen. At the same time, Liu Bei entrusted an orphan here to carry a culture of the Three Kingdoms. However, due to weak marketing awareness and insufficient funds, the marketing situation of Baidicheng Scenic Area is not very good. Therefore, there are still some problems in scenic spot marketing:

1, the logo is unclear, which makes it difficult for individual travelers to enter. Vehicles from Fengjie to Baidicheng Scenic Area have no clear parking place, fixed frequency and clear related signs. Even the vehicles going to Baidicheng Scenic Spot only say "Fengjie-Shima" (Baidicheng Scenic Spot is a stop on this route), and the tour group can follow the tourist bus into the scenic spot, but individual tourists are severely restricted from entering the scenic spot, which affects the overall impression of these tourists on Baidicheng Scenic Spot and reduces Baidicheng Scenic Spot.

2. Lack of tourist souvenirs with Bashu cultural characteristics. The tourist souvenirs in Baidicheng Scenic Area have no local characteristics, and have no positive role in attracting tourists and expanding the popularity of Baidicheng. Baidicheng Scenic Area is based on the culture of the Three Kingdoms, relying on the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, combining the two advantages of natural tourism resources and humanistic tourism resources, defining the development direction and enhancing the visibility and reputation of the scenic area.

3. Strengthen cooperation with other tourist attractions in this county. For example, the world's largest tiankeng-Xiaozhai Tiankeng, the world's longest ground fissure-Tianjingxia Ground Fissure, the national 2A-level scenic spot, Swan Lake in the back garden of the county, and Changlongshan, a Taoist scenic spot in eastern Chongqing, which is commonly known as "Wudang, Sichuan", combine humanistic tourism resources with natural tourism resources, greatly enriching tourists' travel experience, prolonging their stay time and increasing local tourism income.

Baidicheng Scenic Area has a history of more than 2,300 years. Its rich historical accumulation and unique tourism resources have incomparable advantages over other scenic spots. However, due to the lack of development, backward application of science and technology, single products and lack of new ideas, few tourists revisit. At the same time, most of the tourists in Baidicheng Scenic Area are sightseeing tourists, which has the characteristics of short stay and low tourism consumption. The scenic spot reproduces historical scenes such as Gongsun Shu's conquest of Shu, summoning, building battlements, Liu Bei's entrust an orphan, and Zhuge Liang's sincere loyalty. They complement each other with monotonous sculptures, are illustrated with pictures and texts, and are combined with audio and video, so that visitors are immersed in the scene, leaving a strong visual impact and perceptual cognition, which is more convincing and appealing, and makes visitors know more about Baidicheng Scenic Area.
