According to the provisions in the Measures for the Administration of Takeaway Merchants of Meituan:
1. Merchants shall truthfully provide the following materials and information before applying for cooperation with Meituan takeaway platform:
(1) Copies of relevant licenses and qualifications necessary for legal operation, including but not limited to business license, catering service license, health certificate, power of attorney, etc.
(2) A copy of the identity information of the principal responsible person or authorized representative of the partner, including but not limited to ID card, driver's license, Hong Kong and Macao pass, passport, etc. ;

2. After submission, the cooperation materials must be strictly reviewed by the relevant departments of Meituan Takeaway. The cooperation will not take effect until it is approved, and the merchant must ensure that the above materials and information are true and effective.
(1) Before the cooperation, the licensing qualification provided by the merchants must ensure the authenticity and validity of the information and certificates, otherwise, once false qualification information is found, the merchants will be included in the blacklist of honest merchants of Meituan takeaway and will never cooperate;
(2) The merchant shall ensure that all licenses, qualifications and related materials provided by it remain true and valid during the cooperation period after the cooperation review is passed. If there is any change in information during the cooperation period, it is obliged to inform the person in charge of the Meituan takeaway in writing in time to apply for change, which will be reviewed by Meituan takeaway.
