The epidemic prevention manual points out that the vaccination of athletes participating in the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games should be "after all", that is, all athletes are encouraged to be vaccinated. Athletes have been vaccinated, and a few athletes and team officials who have passed the medical examination can enter the closed loop directly after entering the country. Other personnel implement the "two-in-one" policy, that is, those who have completed the whole vaccination before coming to China 14 days will directly enter the closed-loop management after entering China; Those who have not been vaccinated or have not completed the whole vaccination will be observed in isolation for 2 1 day after entry.

According to the epidemic prevention manual, a closed-loop management policy will be implemented during the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, covering the arrival and departure, transportation, accommodation, catering, competitions, opening and closing ceremonies and other venues involved in the Winter Olympics.
