The effluent of rural sewage treatment equipment in our Hubei project is turbid. Why?

In fact, there are roughly four reasons for the turbidity of effluent from rural sewage treatment equipment in Hubei Project. At present, rural sewage treatment equipment has been widely used in rural environmental treatment, beautiful new rural construction and other sewage treatment projects, and the turbidity of effluent should be paid attention to in time.

1. Sludge was not cleaned in time: most rural sewage treatment equipment adopts biological treatment process, which uses microorganisms in activated sludge to purify sludge. Sludge usually needs to be cleaned once every 6-12 months. If the sludge is not discharged in time, the turbidity of the effluent of the equipment will be obviously improved.

2. The filtering effect of the grid is not good: domestic sewage generally needs to be filtered through the thick and thin grids before entering the equipment, and the grid aperture of some rural sewage treatment stations is too large to play a good filtering role. It leads to a large number of sundries entering the rural sewage treatment equipment, and finally causes the equipment to blow water turbidity.

3. Sewage contains more grease: once the grease content in domestic sewage increases, it will affect the purification efficiency of rural sewage treatment equipment. Sewage engaged in catering, farmhouse and other businesses in rural areas need to adopt grease traps, otherwise grease will not only affect the purification efficiency, but also lead to pipeline blockage.

4. Improper debugging of equipment parameters: Aerobic and anaerobic reactions are the key steps in rural sewage treatment equipment. The sludge load in the aerobic tank is too small, aeration is too high, and the sludge itself oxidizes, which leads to poor flocculation, scattered sludge structure (turbid water and more suspended matter), sludge bulking in the aerobic tank, poor sedimentation, high sludge layer in the secondary sedimentation tank, and sludge will be carried out by water flow (this will happen if the SVI value is too high or too low).
