When consumers spend money in scenic spots and accommodation businesses participating in coupon activities, they can enter the merchant page of Enjoy Tour Heluo Platform and purchase the corresponding products of the merchants online. When making payment, the system will automatically retrieve the available universal coupons for deduction; Merchants use platform write-off tools to write off products;

3. When a consumer buys a new car at a designated car company with a car coupon, the car company will write off the coupon according to the activity rules, and give the coupon an equal reduction in face value when collecting the car payment. Consumers are required to provide their original identity documents or relevant certificates of immediate family members, which will be reviewed and kept by the merchants. The cancellation of coupons, payment of car money and invoice issuance must be completed before the end of the event and reported to the event organizer for review.

4. when using the house purchase voucher, based on the particularity of the house purchase process, it is subsidized in the form of return after signing the house purchase contract. The rules are as follows: take the deposit receipt and subscription time issued by the real estate enterprise as the basis for determining whether the purchase order is within the validity period of the coupon. Take the official purchase contract or purchase invoice as the basis for determining the settlement of consumer vouchers subsidies, and settle the subsidies to the real estate enterprises after examination, and the real estate enterprises will issue subsidies to the buyers, and at the same time, the real estate enterprises should keep and provide the receipts for the purchase of consumer vouchers subsidies. 5. Consumer vouchers for automobiles and house purchases can be used for the holders and their spouses, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren. If the holders of consumer vouchers are inconsistent with the actual purchasers, the household registration book, household registration certificate and marriage certificate shall be used as the basis for determining the kinship, and the consumers shall present the original certificates to the merchants.
