Crawfish training content:
1. Brush the abdomen of crayfish with a brush, cut off the shrimp head and draw a shrimp line in the middle of the shrimp tail for later use.
2. Cut the onion into small pieces, chop the ginger, slice the garlic and cut the parsley. Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add a piece of hot pot bottom material and stir-fry red oil.
3. Add spiced powder, cumin powder, fennel, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce and oil consumption, stir fry evenly, and add crayfish to stir fry.
4. Add beer, add appropriate amount of water, cover with stew 10 minute, open the lid and add salt, chicken essence and coriander. Stir-fry evenly and then take out the pan.
