Article 16 The operators and managers of the farmers' market shall fulfill the responsibility of food safety management according to the following requirements:

(2) having full-time (part-time) food safety management personnel and professional technicians, and organizing food safety knowledge training every year;

(3) sampling inspection or rapid inspection shall be conducted for those who are unable to provide certificates of origin, purchase vouchers and qualification certificates of edible agricultural products; Only those who pass the sampling inspection or rapid inspection can enter the market for sale;

(4) regularly check the business environment and conditions;

(5) Farmers' markets dealing in animals and animal products shall meet the relevant animal epidemic prevention conditions, establish and implement a cleaning and disinfection system according to law, and abide by the relevant regulations of regional isolation and regular market closure;

(6) regularly check the implementation of preventive measures for food safety accidents, and eliminate hidden dangers of quality and safety in time;

(7) If any violation of food safety laws, regulations and rules is found, it shall be stopped in time and reported to the market supervision department;

(8) other food safety management responsibilities as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
