According to the relevant requirements of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism "novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", after comprehensive judgment by the municipal epidemic scene disposal headquarters, it is decided to lift the silent control of some areas in Bozhou District from 12: 11 on September 7, 2122. Adjust the following control measures by classification:

1. High-risk areas

2. Medium-risk area

Units 2 and 3, Building 2, Jucheng Mingdu, Yong 'an Community, Panshui Town, Bozhou District, and areas north of National Highway 326, Zunjin Villager Xing Group, Panshui Town, Bozhou District, except for No.63 and No.131 and Zhongheli Building Materials Co., Ltd., are subject to control measures, during which "people are not allowed to leave the area and take things at the wrong peak".

III. Low-risk areas

Except for high-risk areas, medium-risk areas and areas controlled by reference to high-risk areas, Bozhou District has implemented the following control measures:

1. Strengthen social control. All kinds of personnel in the area shall carry out nucleic acid testing according to the requirements, and try to reduce going out, not gathering and not getting together, and do personal protection when going out. When citizens enter public places such as "one station, three stops", scenic spots, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, and take public transportation, they must take measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, scanning the place code, holding the green code of "Guizhou Health Code" and checking the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entering.

2. Traffic control. People in low-risk areas advocate not to leave the area unless necessary, and cross-regional mobility must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Vehicles and personnel who transport production, living, medical protection materials and engage in "point-to-point" transshipment of road transportation will be guaranteed to pass smoothly on the basis of strict implementation of various prevention and control measures such as disinfection and closed management. Strengthen the control of traffic gates in railway stations, highways, waterways and other access areas, and do a good job in temperature measurement, verification and code inspection.

3. Health monitoring. Residents who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (smell), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea should take the initiative to go to medical institutions in time.

4. Food and beverage outlets will continue to operate under the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and will not resume dining for the time being.

5. Continue to suspend activities related to indoor public places such as museums, libraries, fitness centers and training institutions.

6. Closed entertainment places such as bars, Internet cafes, theaters, dance halls, KTV, chess and card rooms, mahjong halls, bath centers, script killings, secret room escapes, and game halls will continue to be closed.

7. No offline meetings with more than 51 people will be held in the region, and no gathering activities such as offline training, performances, exhibitions and sales fairs will be held. Nursing homes, children's welfare homes and prisons are under closed management. Places for religious activities are temporarily closed.
