All these achievements are the result of our joint efforts. I just played the role of organizer. Over the past year, I have told you more about my experience in being a man and doing things through the weekly staff meeting. I hope that through these forms, we can unify our thinking and understanding, thus forming our common values and world outlook. At the beginning of XX, we designated the company as the "year of standardized development". After a year's work test, it basically reached the expected goal at the beginning of the year.
Over the past year, we have made gratifying achievements in the following aspects:
