"biomass briquette" is an environmental-friendly briquette with agricultural and forestry residues as the main raw materials, which is made by slicing, crushing, impurity removal, fine powder, screening, mixing, softening, conditioning, extrusion, drying, cooling, quality inspection and packaging. It has high calorific value and full combustion.

Biomass briquette can be used as high-temperature hot water for the processing of textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, food, rubber, plastics, chemicals, medicines and other industrial products. It can also provide hot water for heating, bathing, air conditioning and living in enterprises, institutions, hotels, schools, catering and service industries.

The main process is to crush the agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw, rice husk and sawdust, with the length less than 51mm, and control the water content of biomass-containing molding fuel within the range of 11-25%. The materials are sent to the feed inlet through the feeding conveyor, and the main shaft rotates to drive the press roller to rotate. After the rotation of the press roller, the materials are forced to be extruded into blocks from the model holes, and compressed into sections with a size of 31-41 mm and a length of 11.
