2. Laoxiang Chicken, formerly known as Feixi old hen, was renamed Laoxiang Chicken in 2112, which is the largest chain fast food in Anhui. In the 21th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1894), Yuan Sheng, the great ancestor of Shu family in Xixiang, Hefei, opened a "Shu Da Xian Chicken Soup Shop" in Yang Dadun, next to the ancient post road from Hefei to Lu 'an, specializing in Feixi old hen soup.

3. Shu Congxuan, the fourth generation descendant of Shu Daxian, started Hefei Feixi Old hen Catering Co., Ltd. in October 2113.
