The customer service center is divided into three parts:
1. Agent (service provider) Customer Service Center: It mainly provides all-round technical support, backstage operation training, auditing, machine use process, backstage monthly profit distribution statistics, invoices, marketing, etc. Customer service hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
2. Merchant Customer Service Center: It mainly aims at the end customers and merchants of shoppers, daily transaction inquiry, emergency handling of real-name authentication customer information, account cancellation, POS agent problems of shoppers, machine use and other related issues. Customer service hours are from 9 am to 9 pm 10.
3. After-sales customer service department of the payment terminal: the customer service time is from 9: 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m., aiming at all the problems encountered in the hardware of the POS machine, such as returning to the factory for maintenance, dead battery of the POS machine, equipment damage, terminal replacement and terminal upgrade of the POS machine.
