Early this morning, 1 asymptomatic COVID-19 case was found in Zhifu District, Yantai City.

After the outbreak, the headquarters of the Municipal Party Committee immediately launched an emergency mechanism, comprehensively carried out epidemiological and activity trajectory surveys, and arranged for closed control of deployment sites, personnel isolation, and nucleic acid detection. We have mainly done the following three aspects:

First, the places involved should be sealed up and controlled immediately. All the hospitals, restaurants, convenience stores and other places where the asymptomatic infected person has stayed since February 26 were closed, and environmental monitoring and terminal disinfection were carried out on the above-mentioned related places, buses, network cars and so on. And centralized isolation and nucleic acid detection were carried out for the relevant contact personnel.

The second is to quickly carry out epidemiological and activity trajectory surveys. Two-level mobile teams in urban areas quickly launched a comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the trajectory of asymptomatic infected people, and basically found out their detailed trajectory. As of this afternoon 14:30, there were 206 close contacts with tobacco and 578 close contacts with tobacco, and 38/kloc-0 copies of nucleic acid were found, all of which were negative; 793 * * nucleic acid samples were collected from Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Happiness Hotel, Internet car and driver's family, bus stop, take-out window of Qiaotou sparerib shop, Keduoduo convenience store, Joy City, Yantai South Station and other related places and vehicle environment, and the results were all negative.

The third is to release epidemic information. This morning, the headquarters of the Municipal Party Committee released relevant information such as the activity track of asymptomatic infected people to the society. Those who wish to coincide with asymptomatic infected persons at the same time should report to their units, communities and hotels in time, and cooperate with relevant departments to implement relevant prevention and control measures such as health monitoring, nucleic acid detection, medical observation and epidemiological investigation.

Next, we will focus on three aspects.

First, continue to increase control over touch and exhaust management. According to the epidemiological investigation results of asymptomatic infected people, every point and place related to it should be strictly investigated. Once it is checked to the end, there should be no doubt about the isolation and detection.

Second, strictly isolate and observe asymptomatic infected people. Arrange respiratory and infectious disease experts, actively do isolation observation, strictly implement the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection in designated hospitals, and do a good job in the protection management of medical personnel.

Third, further improve the prevention and control mechanism. Strictly implement the "top-down" tracking and verification system and the "bottom-up" filing system to improve the efficiency of information sorting, pushing, tracking and testing.
