Asia Pacific Hotel is a public institution affiliated to Shijiazhuang Municipal Government. It is a four-star tourist hotel integrating rooms, restaurants, conferences, business, entertainment and shopping, and mainly serves important meetings and guests of four municipal authorities. This hotel consists of a welcome building and a VIP building. Yingbin Building was built in 1986, put into use in February 1992, and was rated as a three-star hotel in May 1993. It is one of the earliest three-star tourist hotels in Shijiazhuang.
