a.? Construction preparation work

(1) is mainly used for civil inspection and re-inspection of tail gas system implemented by Changzhou Environmental Sanitation Institute;

(2) Prepare construction materials (list of materials, list of tools and equipment, purchase list, construction scheme, piping diagram of pulping system, installation records, etc.). );

(3) Be familiar with the construction drawings and make disclosure to the construction personnel;

(4) Purchasing construction materials and tools;

b.? Pre-construction of sanitation factory reconstruction project

I led Chen Guohong, Chen Ting and other construction workers to complete the assembly of flue gas pipeline, the hoisting of semi-dry reaction tower, the installation of lime batching system, the positioning installation of clean water tank, the installation of water pump, and the installation of some spray pipelines.

In such a year, I enriched myself through my own labor, broadened my horizons through the opportunities given to me by my leaders, and realized my designs and ideas through my own efforts. I stood in front of me with a sense of accomplishment.

Of course, personally, in order to meet the needs of the company's development, we must pay attention to the study of construction skills and construction management system in the future, and consider the structure and process layout from multiple angles. At the same time, collect relevant information for reference.

This year, the function of my "engineering department" has also changed from "technical design and manufacturing" to more professional "construction management". Judging from this year's work, I am not familiar with the quality, materials, safety, post responsibility, preparation of construction materials and handover materials in construction. Of course, due to the trust of the leaders, they also learned some construction skills such as how to arrange the construction plan, how to communicate with the supervision office and the construction party, and how to reduce the construction cost by "playing" different roles in the construction. During my years in the construction site, I also learned a lot of tips on site construction through communication with masters such as Sun, Sun, etc. At the same time, I also improved some structures and construction methods.

As far as the construction process is concerned, there are joys and sorrows. The good news is:

1. Good leadership, reasonable arrangement of plans and optimization of manpower allocation.

During the construction, everyone worked hard and had dedication.

However, looking back on this year, there are also some concerns.

1. The project has a long time span.

This year, our engineering department participated in the implementation of Changzhou Environmental Sanitation Institute D boiler tail gas reconstruction project and Guangxi Yulin garbage harmless treatment plant equipment installation project. From April to May, I worked in Changzhou Environmental Sanitation Factory. From June to165438+10, I worked in Yulin, Guangxi. Each of these projects is restricted by the arrival period of engineering equipment and working capital, which inevitably leads to the difficulty of concentrating manpower, material resources and financial resources for surprise attack. Increase both.

The equipment installation cost is reduced, and the construction difficulty is increased to varying degrees. Long-term construction is also easy to cause laziness. At the same time, it will also have a negative impression on equipment users/investors, which will have a negative impact on the company's external image.

2. Some structures need improvement.

In this year's equipment installation, most products were designed by our company, and some parts were not fully considered. The problem was not seriously exposed during installation, but began to appear slowly during debugging. Although the problem is not very big, it also increases the workload on site.

For example, before the operation, a row of blades were removed from the entrance of the bag breaker, but after the loading operation, a small amount of tiny garbage would still pop up on the imported blades, so two rows of blades had to be removed. The original supporting structure of the incinerator operating platform in the incineration workshop is bulky, occupying a large area and having many legs. If it is placed in the existing factory building, it will block the passage in the middle of the incineration workshop. After listening to the suggestions of all parties, I designed the operating platform to be directly welded on the furnace frame, which not only saved consumables, but also left the bottom completely empty, leaving room for users to dust.

The quality and performance of some equipment and parts are very poor.

The digital display instrument of incinerator runs in disorder; The floating ball of the floating ball level gauge is stuck; Failure of electric actuator in hot state; The electrical wiring of traveling crane installed in Xinxiang crane factory is messy and does not meet the specifications, so it needs to be reworked;

4. Technical personnel's professional construction management skills are not perfect.

Among the existing engineers, Xia Gong is the project manager, Huang Zhifu is the safety officer, I am the materials engineer and Chen Guohong is the builder. However, due to the lack of formal training and learning, it is difficult to achieve standardization, standardization and high efficiency of project management in construction. For example, in Yulin construction, my communication with the supervisor sometimes seems a bit difficult. When making building materials, I also refer to the standards and gradually improve the production before I can pass the audit. With our existing project management ability, it is acceptable to deal with small projects of 50t/d and 75t/d, but the NKK large incinerator project seems to lag behind the requirements of the times.

Some processes of 5.75t/d and 50t/d systems are not mature.

The 50t/d domestic waste treatment system is a pioneering work of our company, from which the 75t/d domestic waste treatment system is derived.

The good thermal operation ability of 50t/d domestic waste incinerator has been fully proved in Changzhou Environmental Sanitation Treatment Plant, and 75t/d domestic waste incinerator has also been embodied in Yulin. However, in the tail gas treatment system, the control of spray water volume and the control of inlet temperature of bag filter have not yet determined the optimal values, and we have not obtained the final data of the final treatment effect of tail gas from a quantitative point of view.

The layout of control points and control components of incinerator is unreasonable. For example, to replace the air door of an incinerator, the existing way is to use an electric actuator, which is affected by high temperature and fails in use. At the same time, because all the baffles are arranged in the basement below the floor, it is not convenient for maintenance.

Whether the central control room of incinerator and incinerator can be arranged on the same floor. In the hot operation of the existing 75t/d waste incinerator, when the calorific value, water content and the ratio of blower and induced draft fan of the waste change, the accuracy of observing the furnace flame from the camera in front of the furnace body is not quite in place. At the same time, it is impossible to observe whether the garbage is pushed down by the pusher and whether the lower end of the triangular skateboard is empty. Inevitably, the operator opens the fire door to monitor the stove before, during and after each push. The layout of different floors of the central control room and incinerator in Yulin is bound to make people tired and prone to fatigue and negligence. From the man-machine performance of the design, whether the same floor layout can be carried out.

6. The engineering template needs to be improved.

In the existing project, the materials and forms used in the project should be made according to the standards. Yulin project is just a groping stage. The format, font size, content, signature, tone, etc. of the form are all new contacts, so you have to "cross the river by feeling the stones" and explore slowly.

Therefore, we must make some electronic templates of the project according to the standards, such as work log, notice reply form of supervision engineer, equipment submission form, scheme submission form, completion acceptance form and so on.

7. Strengthen the feedback efficiency of the company and improve its external reputation.

"The customer is God".

When equipment breaks down, customers always hope that equipment manufacturers can come to solve or provide effective solutions quickly. In Yulin project, we first set foot in the field of comprehensive debugging, maintenance and maintenance of equipment.

However, as far as the efficiency of information feedback is concerned, the company is not very fast. For example, customers' opinions on dispatching equipment debugging team, replacing equipment and maintaining technical support have an impact on the capital turnover recovery and the company's external reputation.

Excellent teams often seek feedback from their customers and other members. If there is something wrong with their work or products, they all want to know the situation as soon as possible so as to correct it. They are not worried about being criticized, accused or complained, but encourage and welcome constructive opinions as a springboard to improve their next actions.

8. The charm of enterprises and the cohesion of employees need to be strengthened.

The cohesion of employees comes from their sense of identity and concentration on enterprise goals, enterprise culture and enterprise development potential, which, in popular terms, should be loyalty to the cause.
