The Parallel Rivers, once a little-known secret and exotic land, was declared as a world natural heritage in 2114, and gradually attracted more and more people's attention. Now it has become a new holy place for exploration, tourism and scientific research in Yunnan! In 2115, it is time for us outdoor explorers to know her mysterious and beautiful face!

The whole route of "Three Parallel Rivers" can fully appreciate the essence of the region. It starts from Liming Township near the Jinsha River in Lijiang. Dawn is a place where you still feel a little romantic about this crossing, but when you cross Laojun Mountain in Yunling, you will be tested step by step. Snow Mountain in Yunling is the second mountain that this route crosses. I believe it will not be difficult for you. Crossing the Lancang River, Biluo Snow Mountain is definitely a challenge to your perseverance. However, the scenery gained through hard work is self-evident. Climbing the Biluo Snow Mountain, the majestic and steep Nujiang Grand Canyon is at your feet, and the drop of 3,111 meters is enough for your feet. Finally, you will go down to Fugong County, Nujiang River, and then you will have connected the three mountains and three great rivers with your own footprints!

The route of "Three Parallel Rivers" is really wonderful. It is one of the most beautiful hiking routes I have ever taken. Personally, I think it is the endorsement of the terms "tenderness+poetry+destruction+intractable+primitive wildness+beauty+suffering+enjoyment".

D1. We will go upstream along the Jinzhuang Valley, walk along a forest road, pass through several quaint Pumi and Yi villages, and camp in a village called "Daibuqi" at night (the whole day journey is 15 kilometers, and it is gentle uphill, with little physical consumption. The starting point is 2,221 meters and 2,851 meters above sea level)

D2. This hiking trip will go through the vast virgin forest in the valley, and then go to the "Dayangchang", which is a beautiful alpine pasture with an altitude of more than 3,111 meters. The streams are winding, cattle and sheep graze leisurely on the hillside, and it is a paradise scene. At night, we will camp at the southernmost pasture, and the main peak of Laojun Mountain. Jinsichang Peak at an altitude of 4,513 meters (there are three charming alpine lakes on the mountain, so you have to cross the virgin forest and go back and forth in one day) is just west of the pasture (the whole day journey is 14 kilometers, the uphill is gentle, and the physical consumption is not great, and the starting points are 2,851 meters and 3,281 meters above sea level respectively)

D3. If you leave the pasture for 2 kilometers, you have to cross a ya kou at an altitude of 3,511 meters and go down the forest to Sanchahe Valley. Walk 5 kilometers along a forest road to Desheng Village (5 kilometers along the forest road to the east to reach the scenic spot of Luoguqing with unique Danxia landform and numerous strange peaks and rocks), and then go down to the road along the path to the west via the villages of yangshan and Dayang, and walk 6 kilometers to the destination of Hexi Township tonight (the whole day journey is 26 kilometers, almost all downhill, with moderate physical consumption, The starting point is 3,281 meters and 2,111 meters above sea level respectively)

D4. Hexi Township begins to climb the snowy mountain to the west, and along a mountain valley, you can see the beautiful scenery of the forest with flowing streams, waterfalls and colorful birds. When you climb to the top of the snowy plate at an altitude of 3,311 meters, the majestic posture of the western Lancang River Grand Canyon and the Biluo Snow Mountain, which runs across the sky like a silver dragon, will be unobstructed, and the mountain will pass through "Liziping". The starting point is 2,111m and 1,751m above sea level)

D5. After crossing the Lancang River, Zhongpai Township began to cross Biluo Snow Mountain. First, it went up to Deqing Village, followed by winding paths on the mountainside of Qinghe Valley in Shunde, passed through Shuangmadeng Village and Chitaro Village, and at night it reached a very primitive and quaint place called Laos. The starting point is 1,751m and 2,441m above sea level)

D6. The Laos village becomes inaccessible and the valleys are deep further up. The winding path extends in the wild jungle. At an altitude of 3,311m, there is a beautiful wet grassland. At night, we camp on the roadside above the "Nianboyibi" Shenhu Lake (9 kilometers in the whole day, uphill all the time, moderate physical consumption, The starting point is 2441 and 3711 meters above sea level respectively)

D7. Laowo Mountain is the location of the largest alpine lake group in Biluo Snow Mountain. The "Nianbo Yibi" Lake is regarded as a sacred lake by the local Yi people, which is deep and unpredictable, but there is no way to get down to the lake. Further up, you can climb to the ridge of the main peak of Biluo Snow Mountain-Laowo Mountain at an altitude of 4,435 meters, and interested outdoor explorers can climb to the top along the southwest ridge, which is not difficult. For example, if you climb to the top, you can see the majestic posture of Nujiang Grand Canyon and Gaoligong Mountain in the west, the towering peaks of Biluo Snow Mountain in the north and south, and the Lancang Grand Canyon, Snow Mountain and Laojun Mountain in the east. Go over the Laowu Pass at an altitude of 4,121m along the ridge, and go straight down to camp in the "Dry Land Yibi" Lake on the west slope of Biluo Snow Mountain (the whole day journey is 6km, if the journey to the summit is 5km, the physical exertion is not great, and the starting points are 3,711m and 3,461m respectively)

D8 and "Dry Land Yibi" Lake go down a beautiful valley, and you can see the sky coming down from time to time. At an altitude of 2,811 meters, it cuts up to a mountain ridge and descends. The Nujiang Grand Canyon looks majestic and steep here, and the momentum is extraordinary. After passing through the two villages of "Lumidi" and "Dayu", it can descend to the road beside the Nujiang River, and the road goes south.
