The investment of this project is 22.87 million yuan. The main contents of the project transformation: the cold coke water system of coking unit adopts mixed cooling of cold and hot water, gravity sedimentation, centrifugal separation of coke powder, cyclone degreasing and air cooler cooling and sealing, and the odor discharged from hot water tank and dirty oil tank is treated by amine liquid absorption system. After the implementation of the project, it can not only greatly reduce the volatilization of odor, but also effectively remove coke powder and heavy oil particles in the cold coke water system, improve the recovery rate of dirty oil in the cold coke water and reduce sewage discharge. At present, the transformation has ended. (3) Build a new "old with new" project to control odor pollution from the source.
