The topic of my speech today is: Life is wonderful because of dedication.

On the first day of open source, I wrote a poem on the first page of my notebook: Burning. I asked the free wind what to do (Shen). The wind replied: "flying lightly, like the wind!" " I asked the mighty sea what is the great legacy of life (righteousness) (jiao), and Bao (cannon) and Xiao (Xiao) replied, "Like me, always roar loudly!" I asked the lofty sun, how can it be brighter than the glow? The sun didn't answer, but my heart heard "burning"!

Burning oneself and illuminating others is a sincere and voluntary dedication and a pure and noble sentiment. It contains both lofty realm and different levels.

Nine years ago here, when more and more people on the edge of the city felt the crisis of survival, open source decision makers resolutely put forward the economic development idea of "quitting the first production, optimizing the second production and vigorously developing the third production". Since then, a group of open source people who have the courage to explore (expand) have made bold attempts in this land, building real estate, building parks, opening supermarkets, operating real estate and cooking. In just nine years, Kaiyuan has embarked on a unique road of industrial development and made steady and rapid progress. This is not only because of its unique conditions, but more importantly, it is the result of continuous innovation, courage to explore and selfless dedication.

I used to be a soldier. In the army, we have to clean up every day, fold the quilts with edges and corners, ask for leave when going out, sing before meals, and queue up when going out. At first, I felt bored and complicated. But it is these little things that have cultivated the military style and team spirit of being resolute, disciplined and obeying orders!

After returning to my hometown, I was lucky enough to enter the open source and become an employee of a silver-based company. Many comrades-in-arms said: it's hopeless for you to leave the institution and go to a small supermarket in the community! A netizen also told me: "you study economics, you should go to a better place to develop!" " "

I told them frankly: In our open source, there is no Wei Bei-style job, only a humble working attitude. Many people who share my dreams are realizing their own life values in their respective posts. When residential areas rise from the ground; When the silver-based supermarket enters the lives of ordinary people; In the back garden of this city, every success has the footprint of an open source. Isn't this a success?

True dedication asks for nothing in return. Only by paying sincerely can we get real happiness. When the work has made little progress; When providing useful help to others; Aren't you happy to get a declined compliment?

Remember the flood fighting and emergency rescue that summer. Facing the surging flood ahead and a swamp behind us, we played the slogan "People are on the embankment, and people die when the embankment collapses". When the water rises by one foot, the embankment rises by one foot. We fought the flood for life and death. Soldiers who are willing to give their lives are not afraid to compete with death! Although the days of fighting floods are short, they are enough to inspire me to devote my life. After the open source work, I have been working hard, learning with an open mind and working hard, because I think I should have the same heart, that is, "selfless dedication", whether in the company or in the battlefield.

There is a saying: "If you exist, don't let yourself exist unnecessarily". Yeah! I exist, we exist, so make your existence valuable. I believe that as long as we do everything with selfless heart, we will reap the spring of our career in any post! Thank you!
