In addition, due to the different severity of the epidemic, the sleep level affected by the epidemic in different cities is also different. Among them, Wuhan citizens in the hardest hit areas suffered the most insomnia, Shenzhen citizens were the least affected by the epidemic, and Wenzhou citizens were the most affected by the epidemic. According to the survey data, before the epidemic, the proportion of people in Wuhan who thought their sleep quality was "excellent" was 7 1. 1%. After the epidemic, the proportion dropped to 36.5%, which is the city with the least proportion of quality sleep among the six typical cities. The sleep of Shenzhen residents was the least affected by the epidemic, and the proportion of high-quality sleep population decreased by 27. 1%. Why can't you sleep well during the epidemic?
During the epidemic, China people's sleep problems were so prominent. What are the main factors that affect people's sleep in China? The data shows that the factors that affect the TOP5 sleep ranking of Chinese people are: negative emotions caused by the epidemic, life pressure, work pressure, fear of insomnia, and sleeping environment in the bedroom.
The negative emotions brought by the epidemic have become the main cause of the national sleep problems. Among the insomniacs, the mention rate of insomnia caused by "negative emotions caused by epidemic situation" is as high as 47.6%. The delay in returning to work caused by the epidemic accounted for 58.8%, and both personal financial resources and the macro-economy of the whole country were greatly negatively affected by the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic.
