According to relevant regulations, the following business activities are not unlicensed:

1. Selling agricultural and sideline products and daily necessities at the place and time designated by the local people's government at or above the county level without obtaining permission according to law, or engaging in convenient labor services by individuals using their own skills;

2, in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, the State Council decision, engaged in business activities that do not require permission or registration.

Simply put, as long as it does not belong to the above business activities, you must apply for a business license and related business licenses before you can start business. The relevant process is roughly as follows:

1, industrial and commercial nuclear name, is the name submitted to the nuclear name system. When there is no duplicate name in the same industry and region, it can be approved;

2. Carry the business scope, registered address, property rights documents and relevant person-in-charge ID card materials, and go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for establishment and obtain a business license.
