The sideboard is for special use, and no other items may be stored;

Tableware on duty should be cleaned, placed in categories, kept clean and tidy, and the area should be cleaned; The supervisor in the dishwashing room is responsible for health supervision, and any deviation should be corrected immediately. For tableware that needs to be reworked, relevant personnel are required to rework it. Corrective measures taken and implementation effects shall be recorded in the Corrective and Preventive Measures Handling Sheet.
