Generally speaking, restaurants must have at least six kinds of licenses to open. Of course, the business license is the most important. When applying for business license, you must apply for catering service license, fire control approval, sewage discharge license and other licenses through EIA, and at the same time, you must apply for employee health certificate. In addition, after the business license is completed, it is necessary to examine and approve the official seal, engrave the seal, handle the organization code certificate, handle the official bank account, handle the local tax, national tax registration, social security procedures and so on. Getting a business license is a necessary prerequisite for opening a restaurant. With a business license, your store will initially open. There are two forms to apply for a business license: the former system and the latter system. The former business license refers to the application to the industrial and commercial bureau after passing the inspection of sanitation, fire protection and environmental assessment before the restaurant opens. After passing the examination and approval, the industrial and commercial bureau will issue a formal business license, which is the answer to the restaurant business license handling process.
