The Eastern Economic Development Zone of Dazhou City, Sichuan Province is located in the east of the main urban area of Dazhou City, in the center of the junction of Wanda Kai, bordering Kaijiang County in the east, Dachuan District in the south, High-tech Zone in the west and Xuanhan County in the north. The planning scope includes all areas of Tingzi Town, Fushan Town, Ma Jin Ryu and Anren Township in Dachuan District and some areas of Pu 'an Town, Xinning Town and Licheng Street in Kaijiang County, with a total area of about 453 square kilometers. The planning area will be built into a new urban area with deep integration of "producing cities and green towns" and a new engine of the city's industrial manufacturing industry, and a national economic development zone will be built.
The recent construction area of Tingzi New Town is located in the north of Tingzi New Town in Dazhou Eastern Economic Development Zone. The planning area covers an area of about 4.6 square kilometers, including 3.39 square kilometers of construction land, with Ronghuashan Yumai in the east, Liu Ting Avenue in the south, the plot on the west side of Tingzichang Avenue in the west and Tingzichang Town in the north. The planning area will be built into a vibrant central area, and the city, education and scenery will be integrated.
According to the procedures, the Urban and Rural Planning Center and Dazhou Dongjing Development Zone entrusted China Urban Planning and Design Institute to undertake the preparation of the overall planning of Dazhou Dongjing Development Zone in Sichuan Province and the regional regulatory detailed planning for the recent construction of Tingzi New City. The Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning organized experts to jointly review the planning scheme and submitted it to the Dazhou Land and Space Planning Committee for deliberation and approval. According to the deliberation opinions of the Municipal Planning Commission, the planning unit has revised and improved the planning scheme, and has now formed the Master Plan for the East of Dazhou Economic Development Zone in Sichuan and the Regulatory Detailed Plan for the Recent Construction of Tingzi New Town. Now the planning scheme will be publicized to the public for 30 days, and I hope that all sectors of society will give more valuable opinions.
