The 12th Five-Year Development Plan of Dongzhong Street Business District in Dadong District was completed a few days ago, and the development goal of "Looking at the East in a Century" was set in the plan. The commercial units are closely linked and integrated into one, forming "urban shopping" within the radiation range of the small cross street and Pangjiang street stations of the subway.

During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the commercial area of Dong Zhong Street in Dadong District will exceed 6 million square meters, the total investment will exceed 50 billion yuan, the total retail sales of social consumer goods will reach 50 billion yuan, 654.38 million jobs will be provided to the society, and more than 40,000 parking spaces will be provided, so as to create a modern service industry cluster with unique charm, complete supporting services such as transportation and municipal administration, and affordable and feasible for the people.
