Designed ventilation and air conditioning design for a public kitchen in Nanjing, which is a kind of civil comfortable air conditioning. The design is mainly used in the kitchen, dining room and operation room on the ground floor as its upper room. The total construction area of the kitchen is 297 ㎡. It is designed with a complete set of VAV air conditioning system, which uses local air supply in the kitchen to increase air flow and enhance human convection and evaporative cooling. Make full use of the lower part of the ventilation air inlet. The airflow between restaurants is introduced into the top and sent back to the lower crosswind. The main contents of this design include summer cooling load calculation, air treatment process calculation and selection of air treatment equipment. Water pipe, and choose the refrigeration equipment room. Because it is the design of kitchen building, the design requirements of smoke control and exhaust in kitchen are strict. In order to meet the construction requirements, it is necessary to draw the plan of residential and air conditioning system, the plan of refrigeration machine room, the plan of water system, the plan of air conditioning system and the plan of adjacent shafts of refrigeration machine room.
