In order to meet the needs of cadre education and training under the new situation, and further strengthen the construction of teachers in the Party School of our city, with the consent of the Municipal Party Committee, we decided to openly recruit 4 teachers for the on-the-job staff of lingyuan city institutions. I. Recruitment positions and places

2 teachers of politics and law; 2 teachers in the economic direction. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment places is not less than 5: 1. If the proportion is not reached, the recruitment quota shall be adjusted accordingly or the recruitment plan shall be cancelled.

Second, the scope and conditions of registration

Third, open recruitment procedures.

This open recruitment is supervised by the discipline inspection (supervision) department, and the specific procedures are as follows:

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Registration time is from 8: 00 on September 6th to 8: 00 on September 8th, 20 13 (8: 00 am-11:30 am; Afternoon: 13: 30- 17: 00, no rest on holidays). The registration place is in the office of the Party School of Lingyuan Municipal Committee (No.48 Chaoyang East Road). Fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Party School of Lingyuan Municipal Committee (in duplicate), provide my ID card, diploma, degree certificate, original and photocopy of professional title certificate (copy of A4 paper 1 copy), and four recent two-inch color frontal photos with the same edition bareheaded, and the relevant units will issue qualification evaluation certificates and pay the registration fee 100 yuan/person.

Each candidate can only apply for one recruitment position. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Applicants who provide false materials, forge relevant certificates, materials and information to defraud the qualification for the examination, cheat in written examination and interview, and have no organized activities during the inspection. Once verified, you will be disqualified from participating in open recruitment.

(2) written examination

It is planned to organize a written test in late September. The content of the written test is the basic knowledge and theory of politics, economy, law, current affairs and politics. Examination time 150 minutes, full mark 100.

(3) Qualification evaluation

According to the relevant certification materials and qualification examination results provided by me, the work experience, degree and professional title of the applicants are reviewed according to unified standards. Will get extra points. The deadline for getting extra points for qualification evaluation is 2065438+July 3, 20031. Each item will be scored, not scored.

Specific qualification assessment points:

1, with more than two years of teaching and research experience plus 1 point;

2, full-time master's degree plus 2 points, doctoral degree plus 4 points;

3, with intermediate teacher title qualification plus 1 point, senior teacher title qualification plus 2 points.

According to the sum of written test scores and qualification evaluation scores, from high score to low score, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of recruitment quota 1: 3, and the last one with the same score enters the interview at the same time.

(4) Interview

An interview will be organized at the end of September. Interview is divided into teaching trial and teaching defense. The teaching trial mainly examines the applicant's professional theoretical basis, language expression, teaching art, image instrument and so on. Teaching defense mainly measures the theoretical accomplishment, thinking ability, innovation ability, professional knowledge and professional ability that are suitable for the post. Teaching trial and teaching defense are conducted at the same time, and the interview score is 100 (of which teaching trial accounts for 60 points; Teaching defense accounts for 40 points). Those with an interview score below 60 will not be hired.

After the interview, according to the comprehensive scores, according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1, the personnel who enter the physical examination stage are determined from high score to low score (the final comprehensive scores of the positions reported are tied, and the person with the highest interview score enters).

The calculation method of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score = (written test score+qualification evaluation plus points) ×40%+ interview score ×60%.

(5) Physical examination

The physical examination shall be organized by the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee to the designated hospital for physical examination. Specific standards refer to "General Standards for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial)". Due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abstention, the vacancies will be filled according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

(6) Organizing inspection.

The organization inspection is planned to be carried out in the middle of June 5438+10. Candidates who have passed the physical examination shall be inspected comprehensively by the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee in accordance with the relevant regulations, and their qualifications shall be examined. If problems are found during the inspection or they do not meet the registration conditions, their registration qualifications will be cancelled, and the resulting vacancies will be filled equally according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and physical examination and inspection will be carried out.

(7) Publicity

After the personnel to be hired are determined, they will be publicized to the public for 7 days in Lingyuan Party Building Network and Lingyuan Personnel Network. If there are problems that do not meet the employment conditions, their employment qualifications will be cancelled; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended. After publicity, vacancies due to disqualification or voluntary abstention will not be filled.

(eight) discussion and decision

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the transfer, the leading group for the open recruitment of teachers at the Party School of Lingyuan Municipal Committee will decide to be the personnel to be hired.

(9) Handling employment procedures.

The personnel to be hired are transferred from the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and the employment contract of the institution is terminated with the original unit, and the employment contract of the institution is signed with the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, which will be reviewed by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau; Employed personnel enjoy the prescribed treatment.

During the employment formalities, those who fail to go through relevant formalities, sign employment contracts or report for duty within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically, and the candidates shall be responsible for the consequences themselves.
