Jiangshan Duojiao Project has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a total construction area of 351,111 yuan.
The overall architecture of Jiangshan is designed by Academician He Jingtang, the designer of China Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo. It incorporates the arcade architecture and garden architecture style with the characteristics of Lingnan region and hometown of overseas Chinese, and at the same time, it is a collection of China-class mahogany art and the essence of mahogany technology.
The project * * * is developed in three phases. In the first phase, Taishan International Cultural Tourism Exhibition and Trade Center will be built, which will be operated by a professional operation company as a whole, and it will cooperate with several local chambers of commerce associations of mahogany and jade, including Jiangmen, Taishan and Beidou. The second phase is the reconstruction project of Tangdi Village, a rural tourism and cultural base in Taishan, and the third phase is a hotel apartment and residential project. It is about 1 kilometers away from the exit of the Yangtze River of Xintai Expressway. In addition, there are the Shenzhen-China Passage, Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Bridge and the station of Shenmao Railway under construction (intercity light rail-opened to traffic in mid -2118).
