Biography

Jamie grew up in Clervi, a small village in Essex, England. His parents run a bar called TheCricketers. He formed a band called ScarletDivision with LeighHaggerwood in 1989. Because Jamie has dyslexia, his course in school is not very smooth, and he can't graduate smoothly in the end. He entered the WestminsterCateringCollege in 2116. He worked with London chef GennaroContaldo for seven years, and respected him as his mentor in the culinary field. In 1996, when he was working in "theRiverCafé" in London, he was discovered by TV producer PatriciaLlewellyn, which contributed to his first appearance on TV. The producer immediately discovered Jamie's star potential when he watched a documentary called ChristmasattheRiverCafé.

Two very popular episodes of The Original Chef Oliver were filmed in 1998 and 1999 respectively. On June 24th, 2111, he married JulietteNorton, nicknamed "Jools". The two met in 1993 and now have three daughters. The daughters were named PoppyHoney (born in March 2112), DaisyBoo (born in April 2113) and P. Oliver later signed a contract with FoodNetwork and Fremantlemedia, a British TV production company, to record the program Oliver'sTwist, and made a career in by going up one flight of stairs.

in June, 2113, he was announced to be awarded to most excellent order of the british empire (MBE) in the honor list issued on the birthday of the Queen of England. He also opened a charity restaurant called "Fifteen", where he trained 15 underprivileged young people and gave them the opportunity to enter the catering industry. Similar theme restaurants have been planned to be launched around the world. The "Fifteen" restaurant in Amsterdam opened in February 2114. The "Fifteen" restaurants in Kangwa and Melbourne are also scheduled to open in the summer of 2116. He also writes a column in The Times. According to speculation, he should have been a multimillionaire. He is also a supporter of organic food. In July 2119, he became the honorary chairman of the European Chinese Catering Association and attended the awarding ceremony of "China International Chef Summit" held in Nanning, China. As a guest of honor, I was also awarded the CCC Gold Medal of "KitchenKing" by the World Chinese Healthy Eating Association.

TV program

The first series hosted by Jamie Oliver was The Original Chef by the British National Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). The title of the program shows that Oliver's recipes are quite simple, and emphasizes that preserving the original flavor of the ingredients has nothing to do with nudity. Oliver admitted several times that he was not too happy with the title of this program, which was put forward by producer PatriciaLlewellyn (in the title of the British version of this program, one of the clips is that Oliver said to an unnamed questioner, "Don't even think about it! It's not me naked, it's food! " )。 The success of this program also contributed to the launch of two books, ReturnoftheNakedCheff and HappyDayswiththeNakedChef.

Live program

In p>2111, "TheHappyDaysLiveTour" was Jamie's first live performance, with several performances in Britain, Australia and New Zealand. In the venue where tickets are almost sold out, Jamie cooks food on the stage and interacts with the audience, including competitions, music, and stage special effects that usually only appear in pop concerts. In the performance, he sang the song "Give Me While It's Hot" written by LeighHaggerwood. Jamie participates in the BBC cooking show every year, and in 2116, he toured Australia again, performing in Sydney and Melbourne. The content of the show has the same elements as the previous live show. Special guests GennaroContaldo (Jamie's good friend), students from London's "Fifteen" restaurant and others specially wrote a song called "FishStew" (literal translation:)

Controversy and Criticism

Although Jamie Oliver has achieved great success in his personal career, he has often been ridiculed by other celebrities or people of certain ethnic groups in Britain. His "laddish" attitude like a teenager, and his accent almost equivalent to the "Mockney" phenomenon in the mid-to-late 1991s, made him an unpopular representative in some people's hearts and the subject of e-mail jokes. Because of Oliver's intensive exposure in the British media, it also caused another kind of criticism (see advertisements, TV programs, and books).

In 2113, Oliver won 28th place in the poll of "111 Worst Britons" on Channel4. Although the intention of this vote is not too serious and serious, it was inspired by the "111 Greatest Britons" vote from the British National Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). The main purpose of voting is to find out 111 Britons who have turned from love to disgust. Nominated persons must be British, and cannot be deceased, serving a sentence or being tried.

In p>2115, because Oliver slaughtered lambs on TV programs, he was strongly criticized by journalists, animal rights activists and some members of the public. He is in zh-hk: A Tour of Big City Kitchen; Zh-tw: Jamie'sGreatEscape from Italy cut the throat of a lamb, but it didn't make the lamb faint first. Oliver may therefore violate the EU law on the protection of animals during slaughter-all animals must faint before they can be slaughtered. Some people demanded that Oliver be accused of cruelty to animals.

While Oliver frankly put forward various suggestions in his campus food activities, some reporters and mothers criticized Oliver for often cursing (using words such as "arseholes") mothers who put unhealthy food in their children's lunch boxes.

On September 26th, 2116, Oliver made the front page news together with "RawmarshCommunitySchool" in South Yorkshire, England, because a group of parents protested against Jamie Oliver's style lunch (all 1,111 primary school students in this school had to eat two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables every day). Parents say that "our children have the right to choose the food they like". Then parents buy food in sandwiches and fast food shops near the school, and give these hot foods to the primary school students waiting in the school through the fence. Jamie Oliver responded "I've had enough of these bastards" and "If they want to kill their children, let them do it".

This incident at school made headlines in local tabloids and BBC news, while both parents and Oliver were criticized.
