V. Recruitment procedures
1. Announcement
After the implementation plan is approved by the Provincial Grain Bureau and the Provincial Personnel Department, the recruitment information will be publicly released to the public through the website of the Personnel Department, the school website and Xiangtan Evening News, and relevant recruitment activities will be participated, so that the recruitment will be open to the society, colleges and universities.
2. Voluntary registration
Before March 26th-April 5th, applicants should register with their ID card, academic degree certificate, original and photocopy of qualification certificate that can prove their professional and technical ability, two recent 2-inch bareheaded photos of themselves and other self-recommendation materials (fresh graduates should also hold a letter of recommendation from the school) in the recruitment and personnel section of the school.
3. Qualification examination
After the qualification examination is conducted by the school recruitment leading group, it is determined according to the ratio of about 1: 3 and the qualified personnel are notified to take the examination organized by the school 5-7 days in advance.
4. Examination
The examination is divided into three parts: written examination, trial teaching and practical operation. The examination is organized by our school and conducted in our school.
① The written examination subjects are pedagogy and psychology (combined examination) and professional basic knowledge.
② Interview and trial teaching are conducted at the same time, by means of trial lecture and on-site defense, and the basic qualities that a teacher should have, such as thinking ability, knowledge and expression ability, are evaluated.
③ Practical operation mainly examines the practical ability of engaging in related majors and the computer operation ability.
④ The school determines the list of candidates according to the examination results, and announces it on the campus network and informs me of the physical examination. The scores of written test and trial teaching evaluation for Chinese and English majors account for 51% respectively, the written test for NC and mould accounts for 21%, and the trial teaching and operation account for 41% respectively.
5. Physical examination The school will designate a physical examination hospital to conduct a comprehensive physical examination of the proposed personnel, and the specific standards will be implemented with reference to relevant regulations.
6. Those who pass the physical examination will be given a probation period of 2 months, and the basic salary of 811 yuan will be paid during the probation period. After passing the probation period, the school will sign a formal employment contract according to relevant documents, go through the registration procedures, and calculate the length of service during the probation period.
