Jiangsu Black Pearl Restaurant List
The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide is the first food guide published by the US Mission to put forward China food standards, and strives to create "China people's own food list". This year is the sixth year that the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide has been released, covering 25 cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, as well as overseas Tokyo, Bangkok and Singapore, to select high-quality taste bud experiences for consumers.
According to Chen Suxing, president of Suzhou Catering Industry Chamber of Commerce, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide invited industry experts, culinary masters and famous gourmets to form a strong lineup, which was reviewed and released through strict procedures such as anonymous visits and scoring, and joining Meituan's big data verification. The selection criteria of Black Pearl Restaurant cover three parts: cooking products, service environment and inheritance and innovation.
The restaurants on the list in Suzhou are Xinmeihua Jiangnan Yachu (Ligong Dam Store), Jinhaihua Yueshi Dongfang ·CHAO27, Dashujiu Wujie (Eslite Store), Suzhou Hyatt Hotel Huachi 88 Chinese Restaurant, Suzhou Park Hyatt Hotel Xizhouxuan and Dingshan Craftsman Banquet (High-speed Rail New Town Store).
1. Xinmeihua Jiangnan Yachu (Ligong Dam Store)
Jiangnan Yachu (Ligong Dam Store) has been listed as a guide to Black Pearl Restaurant for the third consecutive year. Taking the Suzhou season as a guide, the natural gift is transformed into a tongue-tip legend, and a thousand-year-old Soviet-style feast is performed in a garden-style setting.
