The square consists of two parts, one is commercial land, which is mainly used to build catering and entertainment facilities; The other part is the city square, covering an area of nearly 40 thousand square meters, with the theme of green ecological landscape. Kowloon Bund Plaza will embody the concept of sustainable development such as environmental protection, green and low carbon, and integrate leisure, entertainment, fitness, hydrophilic and large-scale outdoor public welfare activities. Upon completion, it will become the largest riverside hydrophilic plaza in Chongqing.

The Bund Square in Kowloon is about 580 meters long. The square is located outside Jiubin Road and under Egongyan Yangtze River Bridge. It consists of 50,000 square meters of two-story underground garage (about 65,438 parking spaces +0.300), 43,000 square meters of ground landscape square and dike landscape reconstruction project.

Walking around the square, you will see ginkgo, Cinnamomum camphora, Osmanthus fragrans, Bodhi trees and other tree species decorate the park luxuriantly, among which nine osmanthus fragrans and twelve Cinnamomum camphora are the treasures among the trees. And the Bund Square has many highlights of other parks in the main city.
