2. The content of digital campus construction

It is no problem to locate the site on the campus, and companies that provide technology can also find it. How to solve the problem of funds has become a big problem. Due to the single source of funds in colleges and universities, on the one hand, financial allocation, on the other hand, from school fees, these funds barely maintain the construction and development of the school, and it is even more difficult to invest millions of yuan in this system alone. Thanks to the efforts of the principal and the finance department, we finally got the support of a bank, and all three elements have been met. In addition, when the deposit system was interrupted unexpectedly, the money on the bank card being deposited had been taken out, but it was not deposited in the campus card, so it was very difficult to find it. We have discussed it with the company's technicians many times and look forward to solving it as soon as possible. Therefore, when the bank deposit system fails or is paralyzed, cash recharge can be used as an alternative to realize the transfer of funds. Although cash recharge requires a certain amount of manpower and material resources, it is not easy to give up cash recharge in the early stage when the bank deposit system is not perfect.

(B) improve internal management, data transmission should be complete.

Because consumer outlets are distributed in every corner of the campus and managed by different departments, the information of consumer flow in POS machines should be uploaded to the data center in time. If the data cannot be uploaded in time, the data in the data center will be incomplete, which will cause certain reconciliation difficulties. This requires the data administrators of all departments to give necessary hints to the operators of the consumer outlets under their jurisdiction, and do a good job of uploading data again before checking out every day.

(3) reissue a new card to prevent it from being applied.

When the campus card is lost, the information on the campus card is completely transferred from the old card to the new card when the old card is reported lost and reissued. According to common sense, the old card should not be used, but we can recharge it after finding the old card, because it is reported as a loss, and it can not be used for the time being, and the new card will be cancelled at the same time. This problem needs to be solved urgently, and special attention should be paid to prevent it from being used when publishing.
