Article 334 The owner of a land contract has the right to exchange or transfer the right to operate the land contract in accordance with the provisions of the law. Contracted land may not be used for non-agricultural construction without authorization in accordance with the law.

Article 339 The owner of a land contract may independently decide to adopt the leasing, shareholding or other means of transferring the land management right to others in accordance with the law.

Article 342 If rural land is contracted through bidding, auction or public negotiation, and a certificate of ownership is obtained through registration in accordance with the law, the land management right may be transferred by leasing, shareholding, mortgaging or other means in accordance with the law.
