Tail Tooth Show
In today's booming electronic media, the tail tooth show with full sound and light effects is an annual big show to enhance the corporate image. Many enterprises even invest a year and tens of millions of dollars to prepare for this activity of up to three hours.
Charles Handy, a famous British management scientist, pointed out that with the development of science and technology, organizations are becoming more and more virtualized, and the impact of high technology is the need for "high touch". "The key lies in trust and tacit understanding," Handy reminded that if enterprises do not have the same goals, employees will only put "their own goals" in the first place. Many people have realized that enterprises no longer regard it as a traditional ceremony, but as a team incentive activity in modern organization and management.
