The process of environmental protection approval
1. The main approval items are: noise, sewage (oil fume)
2. The restaurant operator must provide the restaurant location plan, and indicate the surrounding environment and the use of neighboring buildings.
3. Noise includes equipment noise and business noise (such as acoustics and noise). After measuring the decibel value of noise, the environmental protection staff will conduct inspection according to industry management standards. Those who fail to meet the requirements will need to be soundproofed. Special attention should be paid to the outdoor unit of air conditioner. In addition to low noise, some areas also have rigid regulations on the installation location of outdoor units. For example, Beijing requires that the installation location of outdoor units should be more than 2 meters from the ground.
4. Oil and smoke should be removed when the oil fume is discharged. Generally, an oil and smoke remover is installed in the range hood. Pay attention to the direction and location of the outdoor pipeline of the range hood, and do not interfere with the outside world.
5. Sewage should be discharged according to regulations, and seepage wells and oil barriers should be set at the outlet of sewage drainage ditch to precipitate sundries and remove oil stains.
6. The discharge facilities should be inspected frequently, and the problems should be treated immediately once they are found.
7. After passing the inspection, the competent environmental protection bureau shall sign "Agree to start business" in the comments column of relevant departments in the application for business registration, and affix the official seal.
