Legal Basis: The Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China Article 22 The applicant for registration of a trademark shall fill in the class of goods and the name of the goods for which the trademark is to be used in accordance with the prescribed list of commodity classifications and file an application for registration. The applicant for trademark registration may apply for registration of the same trademark in respect of more than one class of goods through one application.
