(1) written examination

1. The written examination is conducted in the form of a closed book, and the examination is organized by the district planning sub-bureau. The full score is 111, and 41% is included in the total score.

2. Time and place of written test: from 2: 31 pm to 4: 31 pm on Friday, October 31th, the specific place and requirements are subject to the admission ticket.

3. Content of written test. The written test lasts for 1.21 minutes, and mainly tests the basic knowledge of public affairs (51%) and post knowledge (51%). The basic knowledge of public affairs includes political theory, administrative management, legal basis, current affairs politics and official document writing, and post knowledge includes urban planning professional technology and management, and the questions are divided into subjective questions and objective questions.

4. After the written test, the candidates who will enter the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:5 from high to low. If the number of recruits and the number of written tests do not reach the above ratio, all the written test participants will enter the interview, except those who are absent from the exam and get zero marks in the exam.

(2) Interview

1. The interview score is out of 111, and 61% is included in the total score.

2. The interview is mainly conducted in a structured way, which is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. The time and place of the interview shall be notified to the candidates by the recruiting unit.

3. Inform the candidates of the interview results in writing.

(II) Physical examination

According to the written test and interview of the candidates, the total score is calculated according to the ratio of 4: 6. According to the order of the total score from high to low and the ratio of the recruitment position of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination are determined. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or can't provide the true and valid academic qualification appraisal certificate of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education will be replaced according to the total score from high to low.

The physical examination will be conducted in the designated hospital, and the time and place will be notified separately.

(III) Assessment

Candidates who have passed the physical examination are identified as the assessment targets. The assessment contents mainly include law-abiding situation, political and ideological performance, moral quality, family planning and so on. Those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified and will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.

IV. Publicity and Employment

(1) After passing the examination and physical examination, the list of candidates will be selected and announced in www.yuexiu.gov.cn, Yuexiu District Information Network for 5 working days. Those who meet the requirements at the expiration of the publicity period shall go through the relevant reception procedures. Applicants who give up or fail to cooperate with the unit to handle the relevant deployment and employment procedures within three months are deemed to have given up, and will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.

(2) The salary shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations on the salary of institutions in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou and the salary distribution system of the employing unit.

(3) The employed personnel are on probation. After the probation period expires, those who are qualified through examination will be formally employed. If the probation period fails to pass the examination, the employment contract shall be cancelled.
