1. Advocating not to leave when necessary. If it is really necessary to leave, don't go to the high-risk area of the epidemic, and at the same time, you must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and do a good job of self-protection throughout the whole process, and report it back to the current situation in time.
2. Take the initiative to report in advance. Foreign local personnel must report to their village in advance, and strictly implement the "three days and three inspections" after arrival. Only after three negative nucleic acid tests can they enter and leave the public places.
3. Strengthen social control measures. In addition to ensuring the normal operation of water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions and other industries and places where residents live and the basic operation of the city, the rest of the business premises are all suspended. Cancel the dining, and all gathering activities such as exhibitions, promotion meetings, exchange meetings and square dances will be suspended. We will postpone the red affairs, simplify the white affairs, and stop the party. All residents must wear masks and check the "two yards" when entering or leaving public places.
4. Strengthen the prevention and control of residential quarters. Strengthen the self-management of urban residential areas and advocate not leaving the residential areas unless necessary. All personnel entering and leaving residential areas in the county must wear masks and actively cooperate with the inspection of "two yards" and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Vehicles entering the community shall be checked one by one. Strictly implement contactless distribution, and strictly restrict personnel such as express delivery and takeaway from entering the community.
5. Regular nucleic acid detection. In Gushu Town, Taibai Town, Dangtu Economic Development Zone and Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone, three days of nucleic acid testing should be carried out, and it is necessary to ensure that "every household should be inspected and no one should be missed". During the sampling period, consciously observe the order at the scene, wear a mask all the time, and keep a distance of more than 1 meters. If you do not participate in nucleic acid testing and cause the risk of epidemic spread, you will be seriously investigated for relevant legal responsibilities.
6. Implement campus closed management. Maanshan College and all kinds of boarding schools implement closed management and suspend gathering activities. All primary and secondary schools and off-campus training institutions in the county suspended offline teaching activities and implemented online teaching. Kindergartens, nurseries and nurseries are suspended from entering the park.
7. Strengthen the traffic control of public transportation. Appropriately reduce the frequency of public traffic. When taking a bus, taxi or online car, you must wear a mask and strictly check the "two yards" and the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Residents and friends are requested to arrange travel time reasonably, and keep a safe distance when queuing to prevent people from gathering.
8. Do a good job in medical services and material support. All hospitals in the county should ensure the necessary medical services and provide services to residents nearby. Strengthen the medical service guarantee for key personnel such as the elderly, children, pregnant women and patients with basic diseases. Do a good job in the storage and supply of daily necessities to ensure that the supply of daily necessities is sufficient and the price is stable.
9. Strictly abide by the prevention and control regulations. Fully cooperate with the investigation and control of risk personnel, and accept prevention and control measures such as investigation, sample collection, detection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases according to law. Truthfully provide relevant information, and it is strictly forbidden to conceal, omit or report late. Those who refuse to implement relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
