First, the working principle
Direct high-purification hot-blast stove uses fuel to burn directly, and after high-purification treatment, hot air is formed, which is directly contacted with materials for heating, drying or baking. This method consumes about half as much fuel as steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, direct high-purity hot air can be used without affecting the quality of dried products.
Second, the role
The hot blast stove of ironmaking blast furnace is used to heat the blast to the required temperature to improve the benefit and efficiency of blast furnace. Its working principle is "heat storage". The gas burns in the combustion chamber, and the high-temperature waste gas stores heat through the checker bricks. When the checker bricks are fully heated, the hot blast stove can be changed to air supply. At this time, the valve related to combustion is closed and the air supply valve is opened, so that the cold air is heated and sent out through the checker bricks. When the blast furnace is equipped with 3-4 hot stoves/'single furnace air supply', two or three are heated and one is blown; When changing/'parallel air supply' in turn, the two seats are heated.
