Li Li, born in 1970, female, doctor of military science, national March 8th red flag bearer, delegate to the 10th National Women's Congress, and winner of the silver medal for military education. One of the 48 foreign propaganda experts of the whole army identified by the General Political Department. He is currently a professor at the National Defense University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, deputy director of the Military Science and Technology Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, and ranks as an army senior colonel.

I graduated from Xi Second Artillery Engineering College, majoring in computer science. After graduation, he worked in the communication terminal of the Second Artillery Corps for five years, and served as director, assistant instructor, instructor and organization officer of the long-distance station, and won the third-class merit twice. 1995 was admitted to the graduate school of national defense university to study combat simulation, and 1998 obtained a master's degree in military science. He continued to be a teacher after graduation. In September 2002, he was admitted to the National Defense University to study for a doctorate in strategic logistics organization and command, and in July 2005, he received a doctorate in military science.

Since 1998 stayed in school, he has won eight prizes in the professional course competition of National Defense University. In 2009, he won the first prize of "Young and Middle-aged Teachers Competition" of National Defense University. In recent years, he has been invited to be a military interview guest on CCTV-4 Cross-Strait, CCTV-7 New Defense Watch, Military Science and Technology, Opening Lecture at Weekend, CCTV- 10 Approaching Science, BTV- Beijing Daily Talk, and also served as a special military commentator on China People's Broadcasting Station and Voice of the Straits Radio Station.
