1. Residents in the area can flow in an orderly manner, and the staff of organs, enterprises and institutions implement the "two points and one line" management of residence and work units. All personnel should do personal protection, wash their hands and disinfect frequently, wear masks when going out, keep social distance and avoid gathering.
2. Open supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and other key livelihood service places in an orderly manner, implement 50% flow restriction measures, and strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code inspection, wearing masks and "one-meter line" for entry-exit personnel. Catering, bathing, KTV, chess room, market and other places are temporarily closed, and the specific opening hours will be announced separately.
3. It is tentatively scheduled to organize full-time nucleic acid testing twice a week, and all personnel must strictly participate in nucleic acid testing to ensure that no one is missed. Residents in the area can enter and leave the community and various places with negative proof of nucleic acid test.
4. All localities and departments in charge of various industries should strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and organize enterprises and construction sites to resume work in an orderly manner in accordance with relevant regulations.
