Code for installation of heating pipes
Basic requirements for indoor heating pipe installation:

(1) The heating pipe adopts steel pipe for conveying low-pressure fluid, that is, non-galvanized welded steel pipe or black iron pipe. Pipeline installation should have a slope. When there is no requirement in the design, the slope shall meet the following requirements: hot water heating and hot water supply pipeline and steam and condensate pipeline with the same flow of steam and water. In this case, the slope of the pipeline is generally 0.003, but not less than 0.002, and the slope of the steam and condensate pipeline with reverse flow of steam and water is generally not less than 0.005.

(2) When installing indoor heating pipes, the pipes bypass doors and windows or other holes, beams, columns, cribs, etc. If the corner is higher or lower than the horizontal direction of the pipeline, exhaust and drainage devices should be installed at the highest point or the lowest point respectively, so that the main function is to remove the air in the pipeline and the dirt at the lowest point.

(3) When pipelines are laid through floors and walls, iron sheets or steel sleeves shall be set.

Material requirements:

1. Pipe: carbon steel pipe and seamless steel pipe. The pipe shall not be bent or rusted, and there shall be no flying thorn, double skin and unevenness.

2. Pipe fittings: unbiased buckle, square buckle, disorderly buckle, broken wire and inaccurate angle.

3. Valve: The casting is regular, without burr and crack, with flexible and tight switch, no damage to thread, correct straightness and angle, qualified strength and no damage to handwheel. With the factory certificate, the strength and leak test shall be carried out according to the relevant regulations before installation.

4. Other materials: section steel, round steel, pipe clamps, bolts, nuts, oil, hemp, mats, welding electrodes, etc. Selection should meet the design requirements.

Extended data

The pipeline layout of hot water heating system can be divided into upper supply and lower return, upper supply and upper return, lower supply and lower return, and intermediate supply.

The main supply return pipe of the system is located at the top and bottom of the system respectively, which is the most used system form, with convenient pipeline arrangement and smooth exhaust.

The main supply and return pipe of the system are located at the top of the system, and the heating supervisor does not conflict with the ground equipment and other pipelines, but the pipe consumption of the riser increases, and a drain valve should be set under the riser, which is mainly used for the factory workshop where there are many equipment and process pipelines, so it is difficult to arrange the supervisor along the ground.
