2. Wash the dehydrated mutton with clear water for later use.
3. Slice ginger. Mutton and ginger slices are put into the pot together.

5. Wrap the seasoning with gauze. Put it in the pot together. Add water and salt and start stewing. I used a pressure cooker. Press the gas for 20 minutes and turn off the fire.
6. When stewing mutton, start cutting onions.
