1. If a student takes a one-day leave of absence, he/she can get a one-day refund if he/she applies to the General Affairs Office before 2:00 p.m. on the day before the leave of absence, otherwise no refund will be made.

2. If a student takes a two-day leave of absence, he/she can get a two-day refund if he/she applies to the General Affairs Office before 2:00 p.m. on the day before the leave of absence, and a one-day refund if he/she applies to the General Affairs Office before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the leave of absence.

3. If you participate in various kinds of off-campus activities on behalf of the school, you will not be refunded the meal fee because the meal fee has already been paid by the school and the standard is generally higher than the standard of student meal fee payment.
