The process quality and technical supervision department shall, in accordance with the food production license examination and approval procedures, review and issue a new certificate, and the old certificate (original and copy) shall be recovered; The review shall be conducted in accordance with the General Rules for the Review of Market Access for Food Quality and Safety and the Detailed Rules for the Review of Food Production License, which are the same as the procedures stipulated in the process of accepting the application for food production license.

The time limit for completion is 1, and the review of application materials should be completed within 5 days after receiving the application for food production license of the enterprise. If the application materials of the enterprise meet the requirements, the enterprise shall be notified to conduct on-site verification. If the application materials of the enterprise do not meet the requirements, the accepting department shall issue a notice of correction of the application materials for administrative license, inform the applicant of all the contents that need to be corrected at one time, and notify the enterprise to make corrections within 20 days. 2 from the date of accepting the application for renewal of enterprise food production license, the on-site inspection of the enterprise's necessary conditions and ex-factory inspection ability shall be completed within 20 days, and the on-site inspection time shall generally not exceed 2 days. 3, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application materials of the enterprise, the on-site verification and product inspection materials shall be submitted to the Provincial Bureau.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Food Business License

Twenty-ninth food business operators need to extend the validity of the food business license obtained according to law, and shall apply to the food and drug supervision and administration department that originally issued the license within 30 working days after the expiration of the validity of the food business license.

Article 22 Where a food business operator needs to extend the validity period of a food business license, he shall apply to the original licensing authority 30 days before the expiration of the validity period of the food business license and renew the food business license.
