After a period of operation, the consciousness of the inn owners to strive for excellence and abide by the law has been improved, and tourists have more peace of mind when staying. Compared with previous years, the tourism-related police situation has dropped significantly, which has won the strong support of the business owners and the unanimous praise of the tourists, and started the brand of "Crescent Moon Spring Tourism Police with Temperature".
taking yueyaquan village, yueyaquan town, where farmers' inns and homestays are concentrated, as a pilot, the yueyaquan police station of Dunhuang public security bureau selected 111 homestay inns with complete licenses and good public security conditions as the first batch of demonstration sites, taking the lead in evaluating the public security situation of homestay inns, which will be fully promoted in the city later.
The Dunhuang Public Security Bureau has formulated and improved the "Measures for Grading the Public Security Situation of Dunhuang B&B Inn (Trial)" and specific scoring standards. The "Evaluation Method" is divided into 31 items in 4 categories, 4 bonus items and 7 deduction items from the aspects of the installation and application of the hotel public security management information system, public security management, employee management and daily supervision and inspection. The police station scores the B&B inns participating in the evaluation according to the Evaluation Method and the scoring standard every month, and fills in the Inspection Record. According to the "Evaluation Method", the public security situation of B&B inns is divided into four grades: excellent, good, average and poor.
Dunhuang Public Security Bureau has set up a volunteer police team composed of village cadres, party member, CPPCC representatives and public security activists, uniformly equipped with hats, vests, file bags, etc., to conduct daily supervision and inspection of the B&B Inn and assist the police in the police area. At the same time, from the B&B inns participating in the evaluation, 11 to 15 business owners are selected in turn as "supervisors" to carry out supervision and inspection in the inn, which can enhance the owners' sense of participation and responsibility, and on the other hand, encourage the owners to exchange and learn, check for missing parts and make up for missing parts, and strive for excellence. For the problems found by other B&B inns in public security and fire management, after verification by the police station, the corresponding points will be given extra points.
Dunhuang Public Security Bureau adheres to the concept of "taking learning instead of training and focusing on training" in its daily management. It is the first time that it has been rated as an employee of a homestay inn, and regularly participates in the training organized by the police station to learn the working requirements and relevant legal provisions of the hotel industry. Those who are rated as general grades for the second time will be interviewed, downgraded and disqualified from excellent selection. Those who are rated as ordinary for the third time will be ordered to suspend business for rectification, and the "Special Trade License" will be revoked.
