Introduction to the Hotel Administrator Examination The Hotel Administrator Examination is a national professional qualification examination organized by the Ministry of Social and Labor Security. Hotel manager is a person who uses comprehensive knowledge and rich management experience in hotel (hotel) management, and is engaged in hotel, catering, recreation, marketing, human resources, service quality and other management. There are four levels in this profession: assistant hotel manager (national vocational qualification level 4), hotel manager (national vocational qualification level 3), senior hotel manager (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior hotel management technician (national vocational qualification level 1). Registration requirements 1. Assistant hotel manager (with one of the following conditions) is engaged in the hotel catering profession (cooking, pastry, restaurant service, room service and recreation service). A senior hotel manager (who meets one of the following conditions) has obtained the professional qualification certificate of hotel catering profession (such as cooking, pastry, catering service, room service, etc.) or above, or has been engaged in hotel and catering related occupations for more than 8 years, and has been trained by the professional senior hotel manager (level 2) to reach the standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of graduation (completion).
